

The challenge in the project
MAKURAZAKI is a Japanese firm specialising in the production of Katsuobushi (prepared using dried and smoked bonito fish). The firm wished to set up its first factory in Europe with a production unit in France.
Our response
GEDOUIN INGENIERIE worked alongside the Japanese specialist on the made-to-measure design and construction of the building. This food production unit based on fish required the approval of veterinary and health authorities. During this work, the teams at GEDOUIN INGENIERIE offered their client assistance.
