The challenge in the project
BRIDOR, a leading player in the food sector specialising in the production of high quality bread and pastries for the high class catering and hotel trade, has been experiencing a growth in its business. In order to meet the demand with this development, the firm wanted to have extra storage capacity.
GEDOUIN INGENIERIE worked alongside their client from the design stage to the construction of this project involving a 30,000 m² production factory built in four stages with seven production lines covering around 4000 m² and an adjacent 2500 m² cold room offering a capacity of 5600 pallets on a mobile pallet system in a – 25 °C atmosphere.
