The challenge in the project
LOSTE GRAND SALOIR is a business which has specialised for 150 years in processed pork products, including dried sausages, dried and cooked hams. Following a fire, the firm decided to rebuild its facilities in Bédée (Ille-et-Vilaine) and get them up and running again.
Our response
GEDOUIN INGENIERIE worked alongside their client offering a rapid response to allow them to get their business running again. In just six months, their teams designed and built a multi-temperature logistics platform with a storage capacity of 35,000 m3. This warehouse has an area at + 2 °c, and another at room temperature.
