The challenge in the project
in charge of using and selling all of the property within the world’s largest fresh produce market. In order to allow the installation of DYNAMIS, an organic fruit and vegetable wholesaler and TRANSGOURMET, which specialises in chilled products, SEMMARIS relied on GEDOUIN INGENIERIE to build two structures within the same unit.
GEDOUIN INGENIERIE worked with the manager of the facilities at Rungis to erect this 4500 m² project, which houses a controlled temperature warehouse and a processing unit for seafood. Their teams relied on their knowledge of the food sector to come up with a solution adapted to the two distinct businesses within the same building.
